What we look for
The work demands people who can sit with hard problems and follow them wherever they lead. Beyond that, a few things matter consistently:
- A habit of writing things down clearly, even when the ideas are not fully formed.
- Comfort working across a broad surface area rather than staying in one narrow lane.
- Care for the craft of building, not just the result of building.
- Honesty about what is working and what is not.
We do not require degrees, credentials, or a particular kind of background. If the work speaks for itself, that is enough.
